The shared disclosure and agreement platform for divorce mediators and both parties.

When each side brings its own spreadsheet, the session becomes a debate about whose figures are correct. VennBoard puts one verified set of numbers in front of both parties, from the first session to the signed agreement.

Where sessions stall

Mediation stalls on the numbers. Not on the issues.

Scenarios rebuilt between sessions

Every what-if means another spreadsheet to build before the next session.

Statements that never arrive

One spouse sends everything; the other sends nothing. You wait, and the calendar slips.

The deal that comes undone

An account surfaces after the agreement is signed. The parties lose faith in the process, and in the mediator.

Neutral, but blamed

When a figure turns out to be wrong, both sides look at the person who ran the session.

Common questions

Questions from divorce mediators

Does VennBoard give legal advice to the parties?

No. VennBoard prepares the numbers and the draft; each party is encouraged to have their own attorney review the agreement.

Can couples do their intake ahead of the first session?

Yes. Both spouses receive your intake document requests the moment the matter opens, so statements, marriage dates and children’s details are in before you meet.

Which mediation tools are included?

A parenting plan builder, a calendar that counts each parent’s overnights, a marital balance sheet and support worksheets.

Can high-conflict couples be kept apart?

Partly. The two spouses use separate accounts and see only what you release to them, and your private caucus notes for each party stay apart from shared notes.

Where are documents kept?

In U.S.-based cloud storage, visible only to the participants you add.

Can both spouses use two-factor sign-in?

Yes.

About the founder

“As a divorce mediator, I know that skilled mediators lose whole sessions to arguments over whose spreadsheet is right. I built VennBoard so both parties walk in looking at the same numbers.”
